Work Description:HV Power distribution System & Internal and External Electrical and Mechanical Services of Sub-Stations
Phase II Internal and External Electrical and Mechanical Services to the existing 11KV Sub-Stations at RAF Akrotiri comprising: ●New 11KV underground Power Distribution from the existing E.A.C. Kolossi Sub-Station to the existing RAF Akrotiri 100 Saltlake Sub-Station (12km of 3x300mm² 11KV XLPE/SWA/PVC cable) ●Other H.V. and M.V underground Power Distribution ●Lighting and Small Power to the Sub-Stations, Generator Rooms and Tank Rooms ●Installation of New Containerised Generating Sets 50KVA to 220KVA ●Installation of New Generating Sets 50KVA to 640KVA complete with all associated Fuel Tanks, Fuel Distribution, Pumping Systems, Safety Systems etc ●Supply and Installation of Lighting and Small Power to the New Sub-Stations. ●Earthing Systems ●Design, Fabrication and Erection of various Fuel Oil Tanks, (tank capacities 4000 to 32000 litres), complete with all associated Fuel Oil Pumps, Fuel Oil Pipework, Fire Protection Systems, Steel Platforms, Ladders etc. ●Testing and Commissioning Phase III Excavation of cable trenches, sand bedding, concrete interlocking tiles and backfilling of the following cables: ●14km of 3x95mm² 11KV XLPE/SWA/PVC ●26km of 3x70mm² 11KV XLPE/SWA/PVC ●1km of 3x35mm² 11KV XLPE/SWA/PVC ●26km of 20 Pair Control Cable ●12km of 4x16mm² 0.6/1KV XLPE/SWA/PVC ●2km of 4x1.5mm² 0.6/1KV XLPE/SWA/PVC ●Supply and Installation of 11KV Joints and Terminations to 28No Sub-Stations ●Lighting and Small Power ●Earthing Systems ●Testing and Commissioning
